We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Free Shipping is automatically applied at Checkout.
NOTE: Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international locations.

We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers. Moiswell will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
When We Ship
We typically ship products within 1-2 business days after the order has been paid successfully. Please note that it may take an additional 1-2 business days for us to obtain tracking information from the carrier. We will update the shipping information as soon as possible, typically within 2-4 business days after order being paid. Once the shipping information has been updated, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How Long Delivery Take
Currently, expedited shipping is not available. The delivery time typically takes 5-7 business days. However, the delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We regret to inform you that we are unable to ship any of our products to a P.O. Box. To ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible, please provide a physical address for shipping.
Can I make changes to my order or shipping address after it is submitted?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to update your shipping address; if your order has already been shipped and you still need an address correction, we recommend using a carrier-provided service like FedEx Delivery Manager to update your address or make other delivery arrangements directly with the carrier.
