Returns & Refunds
At Moiswell, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality products that meet their needs. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not live up to your expectations. That's why we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the receive date.
2. Please send a return request to Moiswell customer service at email@example.com to get the return authorization before you proceed return.
3. Moiswell will reply your return request in 1-2 business days. Once the return request is approved, we will reply you the return authorization, return guide as well as the return address.
4. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. If you return a product without authorization, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
· If you initiate a return due to receiving a product that is incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the product for a replacement or a full refund, with the evidence of the problem.
Note: Only with the evidence of the problem, we will be responsible for the shipping cost of return shipment. Otherwise, you might be reponsible for the return shipping cost.
If you choose to exchange the product, we will issue a new product immediately after you return the product. Please send us the shipping receipt of the return so we can reimmburse the shipping cost of return to you.
If you choose to refund, we will process the refund, including the product amount and the return shipping cost, within 5 business days of confirming receipt of the returned product.
· If you are not satisfied with the product you received or have changed your mind and do not want it, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. We do not charge a return fee, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The refund will be initiated within 5 working days of confirming receipt of the returned product.
· If it has exceeded 30 days after receiving your products, we usually do not provide return services but encourage you to contact our customer service at email@example.com for effective solutions.
5. All products must be returned undamaged with all original manuals, registration cards, accessories, boxes, outer cartons and packing materials. If a product is returned damaged or with missing items, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee up to the full value of the purchase, depending on the items damaged or missing.
6. Once a return has been authorized and return instructions provided to the customer, the items must be returned postmarked within 2 weeks. Special freight deliveries (those items not delivered via UPS or FedEx) must be visually inspected at the time of delivery and any damage noted on the signed bill of lading or the delivery should be refused.
7. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of confirming receipt of the returned product.
8. For items purchased with discounts or promotions, the refunded value for each returned item will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount included with your purchase. If included gifts are returned in concurrence with our return policy, the full amount of purchase will be refunded.
9. Additional shipping charges due to customer special delivery requests (next-day delivery, international delivery, etc.) are not refundable. The first day of the 30-day return period is the day the customer receives item(s). If a delivery is refused or undeliverable to the address that is provided, the customer will be charged actual shipping and brokerage charges incurred on both outbound and return shipment.
1. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. For products that are damaged or defective upon delivery, Moiswell will cover the shipping cost incurred on both return shipment and replacement outbound.
3. If you are not satisfied with your product and want to exchange it for a different one, please contact Moiswell customer service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your exchange request and approve the exchange request, we will send you an e-mail with exchange authorization and complete instructions for your exchange. You will need to cover the shipping cost of both return shipment and replacement outbound.
1. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or are not in new condition.
2. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been modified or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
