Returns&Exchanges
At Moiswell, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality dehumidifiers that meet their needs. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Returns:
1.We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@moiswell.com and provide your order number and reason for the return.
If you receive items that are defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out to us at service@moiswell.com. You may return the defective product and request either a full refund or a replacement, and we will cover the shipping costs. We will process your return within three business days of receiving your request, and once we have confirmed the claim, you will have the following options:
Refund to your payment method.
Replacement product sent to you.
If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly accept your return, but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please also ensure that the item being returned is identical to the item received and is in its original packaging.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
3. The item must be in new, unused condition.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges:
1. We accept exchanges for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery, within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at service@moiswell.com and provide your order number and description of the damage or defect.
3. The item must be in new, unused condition.
4. Once we receive the damaged or defective product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
Exclusions:
1. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or are not in new condition.
2. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been modified or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
