Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be in its original condition.
• Include all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and cartons.
• Have an approved Return Authorization (RA) issued by Moiswell.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned at the customer's expense.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact our Customer Support team at service@moiswell.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Our team will review your request and typically respond within 1–2 business days.
3. If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA), return instructions, and the appropriate return address.
4. Please ship the authorized return within 14 days after receiving your return authorization.

For incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or defective products, we may request photos, videos, or other documentation to verify the issue before approving a return.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official Moiswell website. Products purchased through Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Lowe's, or other authorized retailers are subject to the return and refund policies of the original place of purchase.
