Warranty Policy
At Moiswell, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to helping customers keep their equipment operating reliably. This Limited Warranty applies to eligible Moiswell products purchased directly from Moiswell or through an authorized Moiswell sales channel.

2-Year Full Warranty Coverage
Moiswell warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2 years from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, Moiswell will determine the appropriate warranty remedy at its sole discretion. Depending on the circumstances, warranty service may include one or more of the following:
• Remote technical support and troubleshooting
• Replacement parts
Where appropriate, Moiswell may provide one (and not both) of the following final warranty remedies, at its sole discretion:
• Replacement with a new product of the same model or, if unavailable, a comparable model.
• A refund or partial refund in an amount determined by Moiswell at its sole discretion, taking into account factors such as the nature of the issue, the product's age, prior use, repair feasibility, repair costs, and other relevant circumstances.
If Moiswell elects to resolve a warranty claim by providing a refund or partial refund as the final warranty remedy, such refund constitutes final settlement of the warranty claim. Upon issuance of the refund, the product will no longer be eligible for further warranty coverage or warranty claims.
This provision does not apply to shipping damage compensation, goodwill payments, price adjustments, promotional credits, or other reimbursements that are not expressly designated by Moiswell as the final warranty remedy.
Any replacement product provided under this Limited Warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period applicable to the original product. A replacement product does not restart, renew, or extend the original warranty period.
5-Year Limited Warranty on the Refrigeration System
The sealed refrigeration system, including the compressor, condenser, and evaporator, is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the original date of purchase.
Years 3–5 cover eligible replacement parts only. Labor, shipping, installation, and other service-related costs are not included.
Warranty Service
Many common issues can be resolved by replacing individual components. Moiswell products are designed with serviceability in mind, and our Customer Support team can provide step-by-step guidance to help customers complete basic troubleshooting or simple part replacement safely.
Depending on the issue, warranty service may include:
Remote technical troubleshooting
• Replacement parts
• Installation guidance for replacement parts
• Product replacement, when appropriate
• Refund, only if another warranty solution is not reasonably available
Our goal is to provide the most practical and efficient solution to restore your product to normal operation as quickly as possible.
Moiswell reserves the right to determine the most appropriate warranty solution based on the nature of the issue, product condition, warranty status, availability of replacement parts, technical feasibility, and overall cost-effectiveness.
What's Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship occurring under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation, operation, maintenance, or storage
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Power surges, improper voltage, flooding, fire, lightning, freezing, corrosion, or other external causes
• Failure to follow the instructions provided with the product
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
• Consumable items or accessories subject to normal wear
How to Request Warranty Service
Please contact service@moiswell.com and provide:
• Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice
• Product model
• Serial number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos, if requested
Warranty service requires valid proof of purchase from Moiswell or an authorized Moiswell sales channel. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers, second-hand marketplaces, or resale channels are not eligible for direct warranty support from Moiswell.
Warranty claims should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the issue is discovered.
Our Customer Support team may ask you to perform basic troubleshooting before approving warranty service. Failure to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting, diagnostic requests, or documentation requests may affect warranty eligibility.
Customer Responsibilities
To receive warranty support, customers may be asked to:
• Provide accurate product and purchase information
• Perform basic troubleshooting with guidance from our Customer Support team
• Provide photos, videos, or other documentation of the reported issue
• Install replacement parts following instructions provided by Moiswell, where appropriate
• Return defective parts or products if requested
Warranty Limitations
• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Valid proof of purchase from Moiswell or an authorized sales channel is required.
• Products for which a full refund has been issued are no longer eligible for warranty coverage.
• Warranty replacement products or repaired products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
• Warranty service does not automatically include replacement of the entire product.
• Moiswell reserves the right to request the return of defective parts or products before providing replacement parts, replacement products, or refunds.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moiswell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, lost profits, or business interruption.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, the above limitation may not apply to you.
